Complete "Flags of Our Foul-Ups" by following O'Harahan's or Mags' advice.

Follower of the Apocalypse：

Complete the endgame quest Eureka! and convince the Followers to support the NCR  

有bug，玩不出來(lái)

Powder Gangers：

Kill Eddie.  殺！

Powder Gangers - Vault 19：       

Destroy the sulfur deposits below Vault 19, broker an alliance with Papa Kahn 

叫他們歸降Kahn

The Kings：

Ease tensions between NCR and the Kings in G.I. Blues         

和平解決與NCR矛盾，最快方式是：the King答應(yīng)你一個(gè)favour要在NCR大使那個(gè)任務(wù)中用

The Great Khans：

Convince Papa Khan to break his alliance with Caesar's Legion  

解除與軍團(tuán)的同盟，不要跟NCR結(jié)盟，讓他們撤出去

Black Mountain：

repair Tabitha's robot, Rhonda  

修好機(jī)器人，非主流跟機(jī)器人去旅游

Brotherhood of Steel：

Complete Eyesight to the Blind, complete the endgame quest Eureka! for the NCR.  

走NCR路線和平解決，不要廢除舊長(zhǎng)老！

Jacobstown：

Complete Guess Who I Saw Today, failing the speech check with Keene (but allowing him to leave) and passing the science check with Doctor Henry. 

這個(gè)難，Jacobstown任務(wù)最后要通過(guò)speech和科學(xué)的對(duì)話解決 好像都是90

Primm：

Complete My Kind of Town by persuading the NCR to protect the town, complete the endgame quest Eureka! for the NCR. 

找NCR做頭頭

Remnants：

Complete the quest For Auld Lang Syne, complete any endgame quest except Veni, Vidi, Vici. 

不走凱撒路線就好，讓他們幫助NCR
