《刺客信條：梟雄》設定在“維多利亞時代倫敦”，該作將由育碧Quebec打造，非蒙特利爾，游戲采用最新版Anvil引擎，引入新武器爪鉤，可隨意探尋房屋，暗殺等，擁有華麗的電影化戰(zhàn)斗與一氣呵成的游戲設計。本作的男主角名為弗萊，他將被卷入維多利亞女王統(tǒng)治下的罪惡倫敦，并和他的妹妹一起并肩作戰(zhàn)，來試圖恢復和平與寧靜。
